Malshan Flora Gift Delivery Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Malshan Flora! These Terms and Conditions govern the delivery of gifts and floral arrangements purchased from Malshan Flora. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

2.1. All orders are subject to availability. In the event that the selected flowers or gifts are not available, Malshan Flora will substitute with items of equal or greater value.

2.2. Orders must be placed by the specified cut-off time for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time may be delivered the next business day.

2.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Malshan Flora will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and will be added to your order total at checkout.

3.2. Malshan Flora offers delivery services within the specified delivery areas. Deliveries outside these areas may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

3.3. Deliveries will be made to the address specified by the customer. In the event that the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave the gift in a safe place or with a neighbor, or will follow the specific delivery instructions provided by the customer.

3.4. Malshan Flora will make every effort to deliver your order on the specified date. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
